It’s okay to ask for more.
If you need more.
It’s not bad to still be hungry.
Just speak clearly
And have love as the base energy.
Good morning, loves! So first off I am feeling like we are going to have things happen with needing to be nurtured or to fill something that maybe feels empty and most of you will do it through food! It’s like something hits us in the core right now where we want to chew and swallow and get yummy things into our bellies.
So do that and feel okay doing it because our bodies are also showing up with this MORE thing. Just like in yesterday’s reading with opening our mouths! They showed that for a reason, ya know? We need MORE all over the place and today it is with eating comfort foods of the maximus.
Don’t be surprised if what you think of as comfort food is like a huge salad or squash and greens. Because this fueling up of our bodies is also something where our senses are coming alive and while we eat, this thing happens. And I guess it’s sort of euphoric on some levels but with today we are encouraged to eat and dream – and it’s supposed to be a really good thing!
Actually, this is interesting because I’m being shown something that balances the thoughts we have with the foods we eat. And. Ultimately we got misprogrammed into holding inappropriate thoughts in regards to eating and therefore we don’t eat like normal, or in the ways our bodies really need.
And something with the thoughts we have, as we eat, is important for us to think about and pay attention to right now. Because this thing we put into our body is to be support and fuel and what brings the health to our focus and dreams in life.
If we don’t feel well, it’s hard to manifest a good feeling life. But something with this reading is getting us to see the potency of our words turned inward when consuming food.
And this just came to me, but don’t we see Italians as kind of healthy people in the sense that they are true with their emotions ALWAYS and clear as day into how they are feeling, but also that they celebrate things with food and people and coming together? You eat and be happy and savor the moment. But is it that they are so open with their emotions and feelings so they also are in tune to savoring the idea of putting food into the body? Like, they hide very little, so they don’t have this battle with food or the desire to hide what they want to eat.
I don’t know, but this reading room today is making it clear that we need to focus on the thoughts we hold when we eat and we need to purposefully start over in a way where we think beautiful thoughts as we consume healthy foods. We need to be smiling and sharing and laughing and enjoying food in the same way we do after a 10 day fast. We need to chew slowly and think lovely thoughts as we take on this thing that will help us stay healthy and alive.
This also makes me think of when we feel like we almost lost someone and then we REALLY appreciate them. And this sort of renewal needs to come with the things we put into our bodies and it’s almost like when we do, we just start noticing that we feel different — when all we changed was the voice inside when we eat or think about food.
So try a new way today. We have power to feel better and it comes when we love on ourselves and what we eat when we are eating. This is a wild and wonderful gateway energy that activated a new way our brains will help us to manifest – and this first layer brings blessings to us from the vibration of feelings we have around food. Elevate them and your life will elevate, too.

This time is for simmering in hopeful dream visions.
