We are moving into some intense energies and some of the things you may notice are feeling really tired, noticing that you are losing hours, or time is not like you normally see it, AND/OR feeling ravenously hungry. You also may wake up around a certain hour over the next few nights and will be wide awake and squirming. Just know, there is a lot coming our way and it puts us is many different states. Be with where you are taken and don’t judge it!
One of the big things about this particular upgrade is that we aren’t to judge how different we feel or that we don’t feel up to par. It is to be when we settle with these changes and are just observant of how it is hitting us. It is important that you aren’t going low with your interpretations, because this IS for your good. And even being extra tired sometimes – there isn’t anything wrong with this! We are learning to go with this flow and to trust that it will lead to healing and corrections in some way. So tip your head to the highest point and trust that you need to be where you are today -- and it won't always stay this way.
There is magic to be found in the stillness where answers are to rise that otherwise couldn’t be forced to the surface. For example, I pulled away from social for a few months, and it was during that time that I was pretty uncomfortable, but I sat with ease in that position as I waited for inspiration to sail me in some new way. If you look at my website and new offerings, you SEE that I WAS INSPIRED and what came out of me makes me so happy!!! But my new look came from the compost. It came from pieces NOT feeling like they connected and me NOT feeling at home with what I had previously created.
What I got to walk from this is that it IS okay to put things on pause -- but also that things DO stop working. The one true constant is that CHANGE is a reality of life. So when things stop working, we get clogged up feeling, as if we need enzymes to help digest what is in our bellies. But that feeling is GOLDEN. It is something like a yellow light warning us that we need to stop soon. It is NOT to be embraced in a negative way where then you somatically hold a vibration that believes you have made a mistake or you are not okay. That is what you are TO NEVER DO AGAIN. You are to see that we ebb and flow and when something will not work for us in the future, our bodies are warned. In the same way, you don’t get upset when traffic lights determine your flow, don’t be upset with what your body is letting you know. We are NOT always on go – and if we were we would burn out and lose control. Slow is often the BEST way to go.
